To Our Partners, Friends, Clients, Colleagues, and Others Concerned:
We recently seen, heard and read in the tri-media, discussions about our organization, its programs, its hardworking staff and its accomplishments. The facts being broadcasted or written are inaccurate, to say the least. Some of the facts hastily broadcasted or written have been misleading. This is not the first time that such an incident occurred. There had been several incidents in the past where certain individuals had used the name of ATRIEV without any authorization and for purposes that we had no previous knowledge of.
To avoid such apparent misrepresentation, we would like to advise you, in such a case where any party uses the name of ATRIEV to facilitate any business or transaction with your office, to please verify with us as regards the identity of the concerned party, the party's official involvement with ATRIEV, and the purpose for such business or transaction. Furthermore, we would like to emphasize that the following persons are no longer officially connected with ATRIEV:

ATRIEV does issue endorsements, recommendations, referrals, and similar documents for official purposes, on our letterhead and duly signed by either the ATRIEV Chairman, President, or Executive Director. Henceforth we will also affix our official seal on any such document.
This also serves as an official statement that we will not tolerate any misrepresentation whether by persons unknown to us or by any of our officers and staff, and that we will investigate any such incident and consequently act appropriately based on our findings.
